Camp Fox! (week 494)

The pictures speak for themselves. This weekend, Dad and Christopher headed off for Camp Fox in Catalina and had the time of their lives.  Christopher was fearless, climbing rock walls, jumping off of the suicide swing, kayaking, shooting archery, campfires, and running around the camp with his friends Buho (the owl) and Richard (the squirrel).  When they came back, they were sunburned, dirty, and full of energy.

Camp Fox is on Catalina Island and operated by the Catalina Maritime Institute.  The YMCA Adventure Guides go out to Catalina once a year to learn about taking risks, pushing boundaries, and building team work with their friends and dads.  This was the first time that Chris and Dad went together but the pictures speak for themselves!
