Our newest obsession (related to our obsession with Knott's Berry Farm), is rollercoasters! We can't get enough rollercoasters. We talk about them non-stop, draw them whenever we can, and build them out of lawn hose in the backyard. On a regular basis, we even get into trouble for tracing rollercoasters in the air at the dinner table and knocking over our glasses of juice.
Of course, we have limited experience actually riding rollercoasters. Mostly because we are too short, but also because I think we are a little scared of them.

They are loud, fast, and containing screaming people. In any case, they include all of the elements that fascinate 5 year old and 2 year old boys. Last weekend, I figured out that if I looped the garden hose over the back of a chair I could create a very authentic simulated roller coaster. By using the matchbox cars, Christopher and I were able to trace thepath of a roller coaster experience; making the noises and the simulated screams of delight that we witnessed at Knott's.

This was also a busy weekend for the Keisler family. We had our standard baseball game on Saturday, but Daddy had to volunteer for USC at the LA Food Bank, and we also visited Aunt Kelly's Fundraiser for the Shoestring City Ranch non-profit. We got to see a bunch of crazy looking animals, and brought home some incredible cake which Christopher was able to consume in just three very big bites. We got our faces painted and had a great time. We are very proud of our Auntie for all the work she does for the abandoned horses!
