Life in Southern California (week 220)

After spending the weekend in La Jolla, we made our way up the coast to spend some time with Grammy and Grandpa John in Newport Beach. They had a timeshare at a hotel with golfing, swimming, basketball and other fun games. Christopher and I both got to spend the entire day outside having fun, getting some sun and enjoying Southern California.

During the week, we also had a baseball game against the Giants. Due to the lack of consistency, the Dodgers suffered somewhat of a mid-year slump and began to revert to bad habits. Everyone had a harder time hitting the ball and our fielding was terrible. I did hit one ball super hard and lined a ball off another player's noggin who was playing pitcher at the time. Fortunately, he was okay and didn't even cry!

Sleeping has been getting a little better on my side of the room, but Christopher has more teeth coming-in and has been very uncomfortable. He has been very slobbery, moaning, and having a hard time sleeping at night.
