Dirtbags Dream Run, Dew Tour and More! (week 543)

This was a busy week in Long Beach with the CSULB Dirtbags making an epic run in the NCAA Regionals and Super Regionals, only to fall short at Blair Field with two straight losses to CSU Fullerton.  We also played lots of East Long Beach All Star Baseball (winning our first two tournaments, and taking the third tournament championship for the all star team bracket).

Christoper and Dad also spent time at the Mountain Dew Tour skateboarding championships which were held in Long Beach at the Convention Center. Apparently, it was awesome because they set up skate ramps for the professional skaters, had a stage for rock bands, created a skate/art museum with digital media and special effects, and both Dad and Chris had an awesome time.

Meantime, Mom took me to me all star baseball tournament in Fountain Valley and Garden Grove/Anaheim.  We ended-up with another championship, but this time it was for the all star (Silver) division since we got beat by the travel ball teams we played.

Since school has been out, we have had an awesome--super busy--time exploring different events around Long Beach, playing baseball, watching concerts and events, and spending time with our parents.  We love Long Beach because there is always something different and awesome to do!
