Dinosaurs! (week 233)

Since Christopher is growing-up and starting to become a real boy, I thought it was time to introduce my little brother to the Dinosaurs. Of course, most babies would be scared to be surrounded by the big, bony, reptiles...but Christopher seemed to fit right in at the Museum of Natural History.

Taking advantage of the remaining days of summer, the moms have been taking us (including Jackson, Emma, Nathan and Maddie) to the beaches, museums and aquariums to get us out of the house and keep us busy. We are pretty lucky to have moms that can stay home in the summer time and that can take us places.

Christopher is also growing up in other ways. In the last three weeks, he has been able to hang out in in the front yard with Daddy and I, and he doesn't need his leash everywhere that he goes. While he still can't be trusted with anything that can possibly be broken, he is at least becoming a little more reliable when outside or in public. He is still quick and lightening and likes to keep on the move at all times, but he has started to stop and turn-around for the first time. It sounds small but it is a major breakthrough.
