Big Brother Ben (week 167)

Mother's Day weekend! Dada says that babies have a conspiracy going to keep you up all night long, compromise your immune system, and then attack you at the flanks with new ans strange diseases. After a long week for dada; lots of nights at work and a fever of 102 degrees; the family finally got some sleep and seemed to bounce back over the weekend.

On Saturday morning, Christopher and I tried to squeeze into the bike wagon together but there wasn't enough room. Instead, we doubled-up on the strollers and walked all the way to dada's work to see the animals. There were lots of people there for two guys called Mark and Brian, and a bulldog that road his own skateboard. If you haven't seen that dog, it will change your life. He is awesome!

In the afternoon, Grandpa John took me to the Blue Stadium (Blair Field) to see the Dirtbags (CSULB) play against the Cardinal of Stanford. We had hot dogs, and watered-down coke together. We also got to see the pitcher warm-up and how they raked the field before the game. I have a lot of new ideas about how I will prep my own field now.

Project Little Brother (week 22)
Sunday, dada, Christopher and I got up early to make cards, buy flowers, and go to the bagel store to get mama her favorite bagels and lox. We tried to keep ourselves quiet so mama could eat her breakfast, drink a warm cup of coffee, and read the entire paper...but Christopher blew it halfway through and filled his entire outfit (from bottom to the back of his neck), with the sweet potatoes he ate the night before. All-in-all, we were very good boys and think that mama had a good mothers day.

To make-up for it, Christopher squeezed into his new Vikings outfit (which Uncle Zak bought for me, but I never got to wear). Now, all three of us have purple-and-gold to where for the upcoming and perpetually disappointing season of Vikings football.

Word of the Week
What Happened? Whenever anybody laughs, you are supposed to ask what happened even if you know what is going on to confirm that you understand the joke.
